Christians called to abandon government schools

You've heard all about the disputes: "Silent Night" banned at the "holiday" program, artistic references to the Bible censored and faith-inclusive children's programs facing discrimination. Now some people are fed up with public school treatment of Christianity and have launched a campaign calling for a rescue of kids from government education programs - a "Call to Dunkirk." The name Dunkirk is famous for the hundreds of thousands of World War II allies saved in May 1940 when a flotilla of pleasure boats, fishing craft and others rescued the soldiers from the beaches near Dunkirk, France, where they were trapped by an advancing German army. Author David J. Knowles, who wrote a book on the rescue that British Prime Minister Winston Churchill called a miracle, said volunteers including boat owners, fishermen - ordinary people instead of trained soldiers and sailors - crossed the English Channel to effect the rescue of about 340,000 people. Now, officials with Exodus Mandate have launched their "Call to Dunkirk" to advocate a departure from public schools.
Organization chief Chaplain E. Ray Moore, a retired military officer, said that at Dunkirk, "total disaster (was) averted by bold leadership and ordinary citizens answering the call." But he said in America, three-quarters or more of the Christian children, "are trapped in the state-run public schools."
Bruce Shortt, the author of "The Harsh Truth about Public Schools," said, "culture is shaped by how we're educated. Why should we be surprised we're losing culturally and politically when we continue to offer up our children as living sacrifices to the Molech of government schools?" he said.
My wife and I decided when we adopted our children not to allow them to be indoctrinated in government schools choosing instead to homeschool them. Now they have, surprise, advanced beyond their peers. The same goes for my nieces in Florida who are homeschooled also and are doing equally as well.

U.S. Rep. Charlie Dent, R-Lehigh Valley, today is sending a letter to President Bush, urging the outgoing president to pardon two former Border Patrol agents who are in prison for shooting a drug smuggler.
Dent wrote that the two agents, Ignacio Ramos and Jose Alonso Compean, "were acting in fulfillment of their duty and responsibility to protect our borders and enforce the law, and they have been unjustly punished for their actions."

A disturbing book worth reading

As "The Trouble with Textbooks" shows, textbooks relate Christian and Jewish religious traditions as stories attributed to some source (for example, "According to the New Testament "), while Islamic traditions are related as indisputable historical facts. The authors cite the textbook "Holt World History," where one can read that Moses "claimed to receive the Ten Commandments from god," but "Mohammed simply 'received' the Koran from God." The textbook "Pearson's World Civilizations" instructs that Jesus of Nazareth is "believed by Christians to be the Messiah" -- which would be a fine comparative religion study observation if the book didn't also disclose that Muhammad "received revelations from Allah."
"The Trouble with Textbooks" is filled with such shocking examples. It also reports on a textbook ("McDougal Littell World Cultures and Geography") that relates that "Judaism is a story of exile" and that "Christians believe that Jesus was the promised Messiah" but that the Quran "is the collection of God's revelations to Muhammad." As "The Trouble with Textbooks" makes only too clear, one instance perhaps could be overlooked, but in fact, there is a consistent malicious practice of Islam -- and only Islam -- being described as historical truth in numerous prominent public-school textbooks. In those textbooks, Christianity and Judaism equally as consistently are described as mere notions of their believers.

Former government school indoctrinator gets jail for contact with minor

A former Troy schools music teacher and assistant band director was ordered to spend 30 days in the Miami County Jail Monday, Dec. 22, after being convicted of misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency or unruliness of a minor.
Jared Wolfgang, 28, wearing a white shirt and tie, was handcuffed and led to the nearby jail following sentencing by Judge Lynnita "Kay" Wagner in county Juvenile Court. He faces another year in jail, time suspended Monday, if he fails to comply with conditions of three years of probation.
Wolfgang was arrested July 15 after a Meijer store employee called 911 to report an adult male "loving on" a young girl. Police said love letters and notes from that girl, a 15-year-old student, were found in Wolfgang's car.
And now his cellmate Brutus is "loving on" him.

1. An official visit by LTG Santa (NMI) Claus is expected at this headquarters 25 December 2008. The following instructions will be in effect and govern the activities of all personnel during the visit.
a. Not a creature will stir without official permission. This will include indigenous mice. Special stirring permits for necessary administrative actions will be obtained through normal channels. Mice stirring permits will be obtained through the Office of the Surgeon General, Veterinary Services.
b. Personnel will settle their brains for a long winter nap prior to 2200 hours, 24 December 2008. Uniform for the nap will be: Pajamas, cotton, light, drowsing, with kerchief, general purpose, camouflage; and Cap, camouflage w/ear flaps. Equipment will be drawn from CIF prior to 1900 hours, 24 December 2008.
c. Personnel will utilize standard field ration sugar plums for visions to dance through their heads. Artificially sweetened plums are authorized for those in their unit weight control program. Specifications for this item will be provided by the servicing dining facility.
d. Stockings, wool, cushion sole, will be hung by the chimney with care. Necessary safety precautions will be taken to avoid fire hazards caused by carelessly hung stockings. Unit Safety Officers will submit stocking hanging plans to this headquarters prior to 0800 hours, 24 December 2008, ATTN: DCSLOG, for approval.
e. At the first sign of clatter from the lawn, all troops will spring from their beds to evaluate noise and cause. Immediate action will be taken to tear open the shutters and throw open the window sashes. DCSOPS Plan (Saint Nick), Reference LO No. 3, paragraph 6c, this headquarters, 2 February 2000, will be in effect to facilitate shutter tearing and sash throwing. Division chiefs will familiarize all personnel with procedures and are responsible for ensuring that no shutters are torn open or window sashes thrown open prior to start of official clatter.
f. Prior to 2400, 24 December 2008, all personnel will be assigned "Wondering Eye" stations. After shutters are thrown open and sashes are torn, these stations will be manned.
g. The ODCSLOG will assign one each Sleigh, miniature, M-66, and eight (8) deer, rein, tiny, for use of Lt Gen Claus' driver who, IAW current directives and other applicable regulations, must have a valid SF 56 properly annotated by Driver Testing; be authorized rooftop parking and be able to shout "On Dasher, on Dancer, on Prancer and Vixen, up Comet, up Cupid, on Donner and Blitzen".
2. LTG Claus will enter quarters through standard chimneys. All units without chimneys will draw Chimney Simulator, M-6, for use during ceremonies. Chimney simulator units will be requested on Engineer Job Order Request Form submitted to the Furniture Warehouse prior to 19 December 2008, and issued on DA Form 1138, Request for Issue or Turn-in.
3. Personnel will be rehearsed on shouting "Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night." This shout will be given on termination of General Claus' visit. Uniformity of shouting is the responsibility of division chiefs.

Then again Strickland thought the same of his boy toy, the "convicted sex offender" Bryan Specht who he took on a trip to Italy in 1998 as a way to "reward" themselves.
DDN reports that when asked if the controversy has hurt his credibility with the state legislature Strickland "didn't know". Hey Ted, drugs are bad m'kay?

Drug dealers working in Hawaii government schools?

Hawaii public school teachers signed off on first-in-the-nation statewide random drug testing in exchange for pay raises, but now the state claims the educators are trying to take the money and run.
Since the teachers' union approved the pact nearly two years ago, they have accepted the 11 percent boost in pay while fighting the random tests as an illegal violation of their privacy rights. No teacher has been tested.
The showdown over teacher drug testing arose from the highly publicized arrests of six state Education Department employees in unrelated drug cases over a six-month period. One, Leilehua High School special education teacher Lee Anzai, pleaded guilty to selling more than $40,000 worth of crystal methamphetamine to an undercover agent.
They must be recruiting them from Yellow Springs. Lord knows there are plenty of them there.

Two Dayton government school indoctrinators lose licenses after drug use and coverup

Two area teachers were stripped of their certification Tuesday by the Ohio Department of Education.
Roseda Goff was convicted last December of attempting to block teachers at City Day from reporting child abuse and neglect to law officers as required by Ohio law. The former superintendent of the charter school has fulfilled the terms of her sentence - paying a $500 fine, performing community service, and meeting with probation officers - but failed to surrender her license as ordered by a Montgomery County judge.
Former Dayton schools elementary teacher Lynda R. Quick also lost her license Tuesday for allegedly teaching while under the influence of cocaine. Quick had taught in Dayton schools for five years until June of 2006, when she failed a state-ordered drug test.
Quick held certifications to teach both elementary and handicapped students. According to district records, the 49-year-old failed to comply with an order to seek treatment, did not respond to charges filed against her, and declined a hearing before the state board. Both women could appeal the ruling.
Goff was convicted last December of trying to block teachers at City Day from reporting child abuse and neglect to law officers as required by Ohio law. While Goff fulfilled other terms of her sentence — paying her $500 fine, performing community service and meeting with probation officers — she refused Montgomery County Juvenile Court Judge Tony Capizzi's order to surrender her license.
Goff also came under state scrutiny last year in connection with allegations that students at City Day practiced for state achievement tests by drilling on questions that appeared on the actual exams.
The Dayton Daily News in February last year reported that 44 questions on City Day's practice tests were identical or substantially the same as questions that appeared on the achievement tests.
Two less indoctrinators employed by government schools. Two down...hundreds to go.

That isn't their job.

Police said a Dayton man who was arrested on prostitution charges said he was just trying to make money to buy Christmas presents. Adam Payne, 24, was arrested near the corner of East Fifth Street and Wayne Avenue. He was charged with solicitation. Police said he solicited an undercover officer.

Convicted sex offender attempts to grab child off porch

A Montgomery County grand jury has indicted a convicted sex offender on two charges of abduction. Dayton police said Kim Abney, 52, is accused of trying to grab a 9-year-old girl off her front porch last week. The girl's family shares a duplex with Abney on McLain Street. The child's mother, Kathleen Washabaugh, said she ran outside when she heard her daughter screaming. "I didn't know what was going on, so I grabbed her up and asked him what the hell he was doing," Washabaugh said. "He just stood back and looked at me like he was stunned that I came outside and caught him in the middle of it."
Police said Abney tried pulling the child over the wall that divides the duplex's porch. They said their initial investigation showed that Abney also may have licked the girl's face. "He said he was sorry and that all he did was lick her," Washabaugh said. "He apologized and asked me not to call the cops because he said he had priors." Dayton police said Abney's sex offender status stems from a conviction in San Diego in 1992. Officers said he was convicted on a charge of committing a lewd or lascivious with a child under 14. Abney is in the Montgomery County Jail on $150,000 bond.
For those interested: his case number is 2008CR04729, and he is charged with two counts of abduction a third degree felony. The judge in his case is Mary Wiseman who was recently involved in the China Arnold case. His next court date is 23 December at 8:30AM.
I fail to understand why these animals are allowed to be stealing oxygen for one nanosecond. He should have been executed a long time ago.

In March of 2008, Senior Counsel Chris Klicka of the Home School Legal Defense Association, along with Will Estrada and Jeremiah Lorrig of HSLDA’s Federal Relations Department, met with Col. Mike Jones, head of all recruitment for the Army National Guard across the country. Col. Jones and his assistant, Cpt. Paul Douglas, are homeschoolers and wanted to help homeschool graduates get into the Army National Guard. Klicka prepared a draft policy for them to give to local recruiters throughout the 50 states to streamline the process for the enlistment of homeschool graduates. Col. Jones indicated they wanted to give full benefits to the homeschool graduates who were accepted into enlistment as well. Many educational scholarships could be made available to homeschoolers to be used for college and graduates schools. After several months, Klicka’s draft policy was accepted and implemented and is now online at our website.

A prominent PTA official is facing some serious allegations involving a teenage boy. Police arrested Joan Tuckruskye after allegedly finding her in the backseat of a parked car with a 13-year-old boy on Friday night. Both of them, police said, were partially unclothed. It was in the rear of the elementary school parking lot where patrolling officers said they noticed the foggy and steamed windows of an SUV. They approached and knocked on the window.
"They observed a woman in her 40s and a boy who appeared to be a teenager. They were not clothed from the waist down," said Lt. Kevin Smith of the Nassau County Police Department. At first, police said, the boy said he was 18. Later at the hospital, though, he admitted being 13 but claimed he and the PTA mom were only kissing.
Please explain for me again why it is I should have deviants like this teaching my kids?

The flaw in Microsoft's Internet Explorer could allow criminals to take control of people's computers and steal their passwords, internet experts say. Microsoft urged people to be vigilant while it investigated and prepared an emergency patch to resolve it. Internet Explorer is used by the vast majority of the world's computer users.
This is but another reason I use Firefox - never had one problem. Can't say the same with MSIE.

Planned Parenthood fires abortion center staffer covering up statutory rape

The Planned Parenthood staff member in Indiana who appears in a recent undercover video covering up an alleged case of statutory rape has been fired. The video sent shockwaves throughout the nation as "Diana" didn't want more information on the abuse and told a girl how to get a secret abortion.
As LifeNews.com originally reported, a UCLA college student engaged in an undercover video expose' that had her posing as an underage teen.
Lila Rose says she told a Planned Parenthood official she had sex with a man nearly twice her age. Despite the consent, the sexual encounter clearly violated the state's laws concerning statutory rape.
The Planned Parenthood official told Rose she didn't want to know about the age discrepancy and apparently did not report the case to authorities as required by state law.
Planned Parenthood put the staffer on unpaid suspension and announced Wednesday that she has been fired.
Will Alan Colmes come to her defense? On "Hannity and Skeletor" he was practically salivating over his love for Planned Parenthood and how they murder thousands of babies everyday.

Clinton on 27 January 1994, writes in the injunction(PDF) that the South Carolina license plates violate "the Establishment and the Free Speech Clauses of the First Amendement to the United States Constitution." The basis they use is Everson v. Board of Education in which the racist Klansman Hugo Black brought into case law the myth of "separation between Church and State". I challenge Currie or any other moonbat to find this language in the Constitution that they claim is present. I've read it from beginning to end many times, and have yet been able to find it anywhere in the Constitution. Please explain when the ninety members of the First Congress met in 1789 why there was no mention of the separation of church and state if the intent was supposedly there as the atheist left claim it was?

Cuts in Ohio budget could wipe out new funds for Dayton schools

Potential state budget cuts next year could wipe out the new revenue Dayton schools secured with its levy victory in November, school officials said Friday, Dec. 12.
Dayton schools Treasurer Stan Lucas said state education officials warn that the state's bleak budget scenario could mean big cuts in state funding for school districts.
At the minimum, Lucas said Dayton could lose 10 percent of its state funding, or almost $14 million per year, easily overtaking the $9.3 million a year gained by the district's new 4.9-mill operating levy.

Kokomo Police: Dad walked in on man molesting 5-year-old girl

A man was arrested Monday on two counts of child molesting after the victim's father caught the man in the act with his 5-year-old daughter, police said. Larry Joe Nester, 46, of Kokomo, was taken into custody in the 3100 block of North Washington Street. Police said their investigation began on Nov. 28 when the girl's father reported the incident. Investigators said they found that Nester had also molested the girl on several occasions prior to the Nov. 28 incident.
I wouldn't have called the police, I'd have called the coroner. He'd have assumed room temperature long before the police could have arrived.

I believe that he was one of the greatest Presidents we have had because of his work to preserve our nation's founding ideals, but his work in defeating the Soviet Union. Before he was President, he spoke to CPAC on 6 February 1977 after the election of our nation's worst President's and said the following: "When a conservative states that the free market is the best mechanism ever devised by the mind of man to meet material needs, he is merely stating what a careful examination of the real world has told him is the truth.
When a conservative says that totalitarian Communism is an absolute enemy of human freedom he is not theorizing—he is reporting the ugly reality captured so unforgettably in the writings of Alexander Solzhenitsyn.
When a conservative says it is bad for the government to spend more than it takes in, he is simply showing the same common sense that tells him to come in out of the rain.
When a conservative says that busing does not work, he is not appealing to some theory of education—he is merely reporting what he has seen down at the local school.
When a conservative quotes Jefferson that government that is closest to the people is best, it is because he knows that Jefferson risked his life, his fortune and his sacred honor to make certain that what he and his fellow patriots learned from experience was not crushed by an ideology of empire.
Conservatism is the antithesis of the kind of ideological fanaticism that has brought so much horror and destruction to the world. The common sense and common decency of ordinary men and women, working out their own lives in their own way—this is the heart of American conservatism today. I am a conservative because I believe that the preservation of innocent human lives should be a national priority. I believe in protecting the unborn by prohibiting taxpayer funds for groups that perform abortions. I believe that the barbaric practice of partial-birth abortion which the President-Elect is in favor of, be permanently banned. I believe that life begins at conception. Not only shouldn't taxpayer money be used for embryonic stem cell or fetal tissue research but it shouldn't be endorsed either. It is nothing more than the embodiment of blood money. I believe that adoption should be aggressively supported and encouraged. I believe that everyone should do all they can to see that Rove v. Wade is overturned.
I believe that laws referencing so-called hate crimes are not only patently absurd, but purely unconstitutional and duplicate existing law burdening the legal system. It has long been said that justice is blind, but by having special rights given to select groups this undermines this fundamental precept.
I believe that corporate taxes should be slashed from 35% to 25% and the Alternate Minimum Tax be eliminated along with the death tax. I am a strong supporter of the FairTax. I believe that tort reform is long overdue and that class-action lawsuits should be severely restricted along with punitive damage awards from supposed product liability, and that frivolous lawsuits be a thing of the past.
I believe in capital punishment, and that the death penalty be enforced rather it used as a threat. The seemingly endless appeals for those who received the death penalty should be a thing of the past. Cases should not be drawn out for decades while animals such as Manson and others enjoy and relish in their celebrity while the families of their victims fail to see justice done. I believe that those on the left who try to argue that the Sixth Commandment applies to capital punishment, when it doesn't at all. It doesn't say that we should not kill, but that we shouldn't murder. If their point was credible how do you account for the many cases when God called upon the Israelites to take up arms and fight their enemies? I believe that the penalties brought about for pedophiles be strengthened to a tremendous degree. I would give first time offenders ten years in prison. A second time offender would receive twenty-five years, and those stupid enough to do this a third time would warrant the death penalty. These would not be any resort prison as well, I would send them to maximum security and place them in general population as to encourage diversity among them.
I believe that the Department of Education should be eliminated and all functions transferred to state and local government. I believe that homeschooling should be actively encouraged and parents allowed to use funds that are wasted by government schools to actually educate their children. I believe that if a child in government schools chooses to pray that the government has no right to restrict this activity.
I reject the misguided myth of global warming or climate change. I don't believe that any form of government be it federal, state or local should allocate one red cent to this folly, or suggest that any taxes/fees that would go towards this. I believe that we should remove all limitations which prevent the drilling for oil in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge (ANWR); remove barriers which prevent companies from constructing new oil refineries and nuclear power plants; and eliminate emission controls and CAFE standards which place an unnecessary burden on the already troubled American automobile industry by allowing the market to decide. We unfortunately have seen in recent days and weeks what these restrictions do to General Motors, Ford, and Chrysler.
I support the First Amendment by refusing any attempt to reintroduce the Censorship
I support the Second Amendment. I believe that gun ownership is a fundamental right and obligation of every American. I believe that criminals should be prosecuted, not citizens for gun ownership. I oppose any restrictions on weapons and ammunition. Gun manufacturers should not be liable for crimes committed with their products. If this to be credible, Hostess and Dolly Madison should be dragged into court for breaking scores of scales in Rosie O'Donnell's home.
I believe that waterboarding has been a vital tool against Islamofascists in the War on Terror. I have no qualms about using methods against those who we have captured who have overtly sought to destroy this nation. I define torture as actions that leave permanent physical harm.
I believe that we should increase the salary of those in the military; aggressively continue surveillance of overseas communications; continue to support the Bush Doctrine of preemptive war; eliminate the "Don't ask/Don't tell" policy as it continues to be a detriment to unit cohesion; refuse any attempts by Guantanamo detainees for any legal rights including habeas corpus; discard the ABM treaty; continue to support the PATRIOT Act; refuse any nuclear test ban treaty; commit to keep captured AlQueda terrorists at Guantanamo Bay (GITMO) never allowing them to enter the United States by transferring them to Ft. Leavenworth or any other facility within the United States; and aggressively search for remaining POWs in Vietnam, Korea, and Iraq.
I believe that illegal aliens who are convicted criminals should be immediately deported to their country of origin, and the costs of this be passed onto their country of origin by applying those costs to any foreign aid that country might receive or from our dues to the United Nations.
I believe that those wishing to immigrate to this country should do so legally, and have a working knowledge of English. I believe that English be made the official language of the United States. I believe that the practice of using taxpayer funds to publish the endless river of paperwork in dozens if not hundreds of languages other than English be eliminated immediately. This would of course halt the infuriating request to press One for English. I believe that we should secure the borders first by fully funding and completing the fence on our southern border as well as devote more attention to our northern border which is almost equally as porous and increase funding for the US Border Patrol. I believe that there should be pardon for US Border Patrol agents Ignacio Ramos and Jose Compean.

Shortly after Mitsuo Fuchida led the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor, he discovered just how fortunate he was to be living.
Along with the 21 holes that visibly pocked the 39-year-old’s aircraft, a mechanic on the aircraft carrier Akagi found a frayed elevator cable that dangled from Fuchida's reconnaissance bomber by a single thread. If it had been severed, the inevitable crash could have killed the flight commander — whose radio message "Tora! Tora! Tora!" was the final go-ahead for the attack that drew the United States into World War II.
To Fuchida, who did not consider himself a spiritual man at the time, dodging the flak over Pearl Harbor was a lucky break. But as the war wore on, escaping death became a rite of passage for the man, leading him 30 years later to tell now-retired Stars and Stripes reporter Hal Drake that "someone had his hand on my head."
[A few years later] Fuchida became curious about the Christian god. He again was ordered to testify in 1948 and, as he got off the train at Shibuya Station, a Western man handed him a missionary pamphlet titled "I Was a Prisoner in Japan." The subject was Jacob DeShazer, one of the Doolittle Raiders whose carrier-launched B-25s bombed Japan in 1942. DeShazer’s plane crash-landed in China, where Japanese occupiers captured and imprisoned him.
After his capture, DeShazer was repeatedly tortured and witnessed the execution of three of his crewmembers while another slowly died of malnutrition.
Like Fuchida, DeShazer couldn’t understand why his life was spared amid so much death. A friend lent him a Bible, which he quickly devoured. Moved by the story of Christ asking for forgiveness of those who crucified him, DeShazer vowed he would return to Japan to do missionary work if his life were spared.
For a second time, a story of the human ability to forgive one’s enemies rocked Fuchida. This time it stuck.
"That’s when I met Jesus," Fuchida told Drake. "Looking back, I can see now that the Lord had laid his hand upon me so that I might serve him."
Fuchida lived out the remainder of his years traveling the world as an evangelist. His story was celebrated in Reader’s Digest magazine, and he befriended such notables as the Rev. Billy Graham.
The man who wouldn’t die in war was finally conquered by diabetes in 1976.
I was fortunate to meet Mr. Fuchida when I was a kid when he spoke to our Royal Ambassadors group at my church. They are also working to make a movie about him. I couldn't think of anyone more deserving.

Gas leak evacuates Ohio Supreme Court

A natural gas leak in downtown Columbus has led authorities to evacuate the Ohio Supreme Court and a building used by the state Department of Education.
WCMH-TV reports that about 1,000 workers are affected by the evacuation order and that natural gas can be smelled for blocks. No injuries have been reported.
There is a White Castle less than four minutes from the Ohio Supreme Court building. Coincidence? Heh.

Suspected child molester John Perry arrested in Springfield, Ohio

Springfield police have uncovered the case of a suspected child molester and the crime was caught on tape. Police say it was the suspect who taped himself and his victim 15 years ago. John Perry is now in custody and charged with two counts of gross sexual imposition and one count of pandering obscenity of a child.
Capt. Mike Hill says Perry videotaped his attack on the child while he was babysitting and kept that tape for the past 15 years. Someone else recently obtained the tape and contacted Springfield police. Hill also says they are asking the public for help in the case. If anyone has information about John Perry, they should contact Springfield police.
If convicted, this animal should be executed. Do not pass go, do not get a book deal, do not get an appearance on Oprah.

Wisconsin government school forces teens to question being "straight"

The mother of a Wisconsin teenager was stunned when her high school senior brought home a questionnaire assigned by his English teacher that asked, among several provocative questions, "Is it possible that your heterosexuality stems from a neurotic fear of others of the same sex?"
The mother, Marilyn Hanson, reviewed the questionnaire and thought it completely inappropriate for any class, but especially for a required English class, where, Hanson told WND, "They should be taught to read and write and prepare for college."
"I really believe this was outright indoctrination to the homosexual viewpoint," Hanson said. "I could see this being discussed in a debate class, where both sides were presented. But the other side was not presented."
Hanson told WND, "I think they're trying to shove [homosexuality] down our throats."

* Why do you insist on flaunting your heterosexuality? Can't you just be who you are and keep it quiet?
* Why do heterosexuals feel compelled to seduce others into their lifestyles?
* A disproportionate majority of child molesters are heterosexual. So you consider it safe to expose children to heterosexual teachers?
* With all the societal support marriage receives, the divorce rate is spiraling. Why are there so few stable relationships among heterosexuals?
* Statistics show that lesbians have the lowest incidence of sexually transmitted diseases. Is it really safe for a woman to maintain a heterosexual lifestyle and run the risk of disease and pregnancy?
* Considering the menace of overpopulation, how could the human race survive if everyone were heterosexual?
* Would you want your child to be heterosexual, knowing the problems that s/he would face?

A Pennsylvania mother yesterday filed a multimillion-dollar federal lawsuit against the makers of the popular Crocs footwear after her 6-year-old son's shoe was caught and trapped in an escalator at the National Aquarium in Baltimore this spring, mangling his right big toe.
Kerry Burdick, who lives in Eagleville, Pa., claims Colorado-based Crocs Inc. knew its foam clogs were unsafe for escalator travel yet did nothing to warn the public, according to the lawsuit, which seeks more than $7.5 million in damages.

Today on The View, conservative actress, Patricia Heaton was on, and Joy Behar asked her how she thought the press treated Sarah Palin, to which Patricia responded "horribly." Then Behar counters with "she didn’t deserve it?"
Patricia rightly says that she was mocked for the way she spoke. She was very chagrined that the Democrats in this country were supposed to be the party for the working class person, but then when a "working-class person rears their ugly head and talks differently, and they make fun of them and say 'what a hick, what a ruse.'"

The Capitol Visitors Center, which opened this morning, may have tripled its original budget and fallen years behind schedule, but Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid found a silver lining for members of Congress: tourists won't offend them with their B.O. anymore.

I find this remarkable seeing as how back in July the Telecoms Secretary Siddhartha Behura said that BlackBerry's were not a threat whatsoever:
The government on Wednesday said there was no threat, whatsoever, from Blackberry services, even as security agencies insist on intercepting data sent through the service as they fear it could be used by terrorists. "There is no threat from Blackberry services," Telecom Secretary Siddharth Behura said in New Delhi.

Glenn Beck will make his Fox News Channel debut Jan. 19 at 5 p.m.
Grasham Striegel, who has been with FNC since 1996 and is currently a senior producer at Fox & Friends, will serve as senior producer for Beck's program.
The show, which will replace America's News HQ, will mix newsmaker interviews from the entertainment, political and business worlds with Beck's perspective on the top stories of the day.
Beck will continue to do his morning radio show, The Glenn Beck Program, which is syndicated to 300 stations by Premiere Radio Networks.

A Jordanian man slowly strangled his 16-year-old married sister, using wire and the girl’s scarf, after she visited a female friend because he had to "cleanse family honour". After jailing the unidentified 20-year-old man for seven years, Judge Hassan Amayreh said: "It took him 30 minutes to strangle his sister to death with a metal wire and her own scarf."

That's about the only way I can describe my feelings about the terrorist attack in Mumbai. What astounds me is how not only local law enforcement, but Indian Army units who were there as well refused to take any actions against the terrorists. Were they planning on talking with the terrorists about their feelings, and maybe discuss the latest episode of Oprah? The only way to deal with these animals is to eliminate them. Negotiating like the Messiah Lord Barack Hussein Obama wants to do will accomplish nothing but demonstrate to them that we are weak. This was done in 1993 with the Messiah's idol Slick Willie which only strengthened Al Queda to attack us one time after another culminating with the terrorist attacks of September 11th, 2001.
