Federal judge orders no Christian license plates in South Carolina

Judge Cameron McGowan Currie, nominated by infamous serial rapist William J. Clinton on 27 January 1994, writes in the injunction(PDF) that the South Carolina license plates violate "the Establishment and the Free Speech Clauses of the First Amendement to the United States Constitution." The basis they use is Everson v. Board of Education in which the racist Klansman Hugo Black brought into case law the myth of "separation between Church and State". I challenge Currie or any other moonbat to find this language in the Constitution that they claim is present. I've read it from beginning to end many times, and have yet been able to find it anywhere in the Constitution. Please explain when the ninety members of the First Congress met in 1789 why there was no mention of the separation of church and state if the intent was supposedly there as the atheist left claim it was?
