Judge Mary Wiseman rejects new trial for China Arnold

China Arnold, the mother convicted of murdering her baby by placing her in a microwave oven, will not get a new trial. Montgomery County Pleas Judge Mary Wiseman on Monday, Dec. 8, rejected Arnold's request for another trial.

In other happy news, China Arnold was sentenced to life without the possibility of parole.
