Police have arrested the head custodian at a Clark County elementary school for sex crimes against students.

Martin Alexander Nichols, 40, a janitor at Enon Elementary is charged with three counts of gross sexual imposition, according to Enon's Chief of Police.

According to court records, Nichols admitted to police that inappropriately touched the young girls during school hours.

Investigators said there are at least three victims at this time, two third graders and one first grader, and that he touched the victims four to five separate times.

Police said the encounters happened over ten months in the elementary school cafeteria after lunch.

They said Nichols told them he would pick up paper off the floor and then commit the crimes.

Nichols said the touching was an "accident."

Nichols is currently being held in the Clark County jail.

An "accident"?!? We should send animals like this to the electric chair and zap it for each time they commit these "accidents". Do not pass go, do not collect $200, proceed directly to death row.
