Introducing the most stupid person in America: Peggy Joseph

Reporterette: Peggy Joseph took her daughter out of school early Wednesday for this. Her emotions ran high following Obama's speech.
Peggy Joseph: It was the most memorable time of my life. It was a touching moment.
Reporterette: Why?
Peggy Joseph: Because I never thought this day would ever happen. I won't have to worry about putting gas in my car. I won't have to worry about paying my mortgage. You know. If I help him, he's gonna help me.

Here's a radical idea: get a job and use your own money to put gas in your car, and pay your mortgage. From what I was able to research, you live in an apartment and not a house. One of the reasons that our country is in the shape it is now is because of leeches like you who expect government to provide everything for you while you sit on your posterior and snap your fingers for your check. This is exactly why I have said for years that the vast majority of public assistance, or welfare, should be eliminated. I hear McDonald's is hiring.

This woman is terminally stupid. The scary part I think is a lot of people really think Obama is going to solve their problems. It isn't going to happen. I saw on another blog where Obama supposedly is creating a committee that will work on lowering what people will expect from him. Mind you, this committee's work won't begin until AFTER the election.

Her comments are sadly widespread. She mistakenly thinks that government is the solution to her woes.

Even more appalling are those who have used some of Christ’s teachings on social teachings to promulgate big increases in social spending. Jesus never called on the Roman government to feed the poor. His call was to his believers who would follow him. But as long as government steps in, we step back.
