Oakwood School Board to purchase breathalyzers for testing students

The Oakwood City School Board has adopted a controversial new policy. The policy calls for students to have their breath tested for alcohol consumption at school functions. The portable breath testers cost about $800 each and school officials say they will purchase at least three of the handheld devices. Students can be tested by just speaking into the microphone-like area in the back of the device. A screen on the front of it then flashes a negative or positive sign for alcohol. If a student tests positive, school leaders will then decide whether discipline should be administered.

What is necessary to decide about what discipline should be administered if a skull full of mush tests positive for underage drinking? If it's positive, expel them. Easy enough? Of course not. These are indoctrinators in government schools. They'll promote the drunks to the next grade with no questions asked and give them the Ted Kennedy Award.

Reason # to homeschool.
