Ohio State Troopers say they pulled over Montgomery County Commissioner Debbie Lieberman, and caught her driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Lieutenant Douglas Eck of The Dayton Post OSP says a sergeant stopped Lieberman January 19 around 3:30 a.m. in the area of I-70 and Hoke Road. Eck says Lieberman was found to have a blood alcohol level of .131. The limit in Ohio is .08. Lieberman was charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol and failure to maintain marked lanes. She appeared in a Vandalia Court on Tuesday, and will now take part in a court ordered 72 hour, alcohol intervention program.

I gladly applaud her graduation from the Ted Kennedy School of Driving.
