Rangel wants to reinstate the draft
Posted by DarthDilbert at 11/19/2006 02:15:00 PMThis morning on cBS' Deface The Nation, Rangel said "If we're going to challenge Iran and challenge North Korea and then, as some people have asked, to send more troops to Iraq, we can't do that without a draft." It's the same thing he proposed in 2002, 2003, and 2005.
