Illegal immigrants leaving enormous amount of trash in Arizona desert

This trash includes water bottles, sweaters, jeans, razors, soap, medications, food, ropes, batteries, cell phones, radios, homemade weapons and human waste. The cost to clean all of this up has been calculated at $62.9 million. Why should taxpayers be forced to pay for this?
My solution? Ship the garbage to the local Mexican consulate, deduct what the costs would be from any aid that they are currently receiving, and pass those funds on to whatever group or organization collected and shipped the garbage to who it came from.
Where to ship it? This is the easiest part of all. A local Mexican consulate can be found in Tucson at 553 S. Stone Avenue. They can be reached at (520) 882-5595 by phone or (520) 882-8959 via fax. I even found an email address for them at contucmx@mindspring.com.
