I ask the question because my only conclusion is that TuhRayZuh fed him too many of her gin soaked raisins when he was boycotting Heinz ketchup In his latest email from today at 12:01 PM he says that Conservatives "are deeply grateful for DeWine's record of serving as a rubber stamp for Bush and the Republican leaders in Congress." Whuh? Maybe he has been vacationing in Cambodia and missed a few things.
