Another year, another rigged vote from Darrell Waltrip
Posted by DarthDilbert at 1/30/2009 02:03:00 PM
Once again we found ourselves presented with the opportunity to vote on whether the person infamous for abusing the past champion's provisional, Darrell Waltrip, will continue with his catchphrase, "Boogity, Boogity, Boogity". This year he poses the question: "Use It or Lose It?". As I wrote a year ago, the poll results on the afternoon of 11 January showed those voting "No" led with 86%. It wasn't until 12:28AM EST early Saturday morning that the first comment was posted indicating the poll wasn't going as DW hoped it would. If the FoxSports website was "hacked" as Waltrip now alleges, why wasn't the FBI involved and anyone arrested/convicted? Maybe because no one hacked in, but merely voiced their opinion in the poll.
Now another poll was posted last night (which I saved a cached copy of) and surprise, surprise it vanished this afternoon. What will be Waltrip's explanation this time? More supposed "bogus votes"? Or perhaps it will be like last year when Fox's [Sports Chairman David] Hill said "Waltrip won't drop the phrase 'because I've got a bigger vote than anybody else.'"
One final question: what explanation will FoxSports give to the 17444 that voted to have Waltrip "lose it"?
Plot to destroy all Fannie Mae data; fired worker planted virus
Posted by DarthDilbert at 1/30/2009 02:02:00 PM
The Justice Department says it foiled a plot by a fired Fannie Mae contract worker in Maryland to destroy all the data on the mortgage giant's 4,000 computer servers nationwide. The U.S. Attorney's Office says 35-year-old Rajendrasinh Makwana, of Glen Allen, Va., is scheduled for arraignment Friday in U.S. District Court in Baltimore on one count of computer intrusion. U.S. Attorney Rod Rosenstein says Makwana was fired Oct. 24. Rosenstein says that on that day, Makwana programmed a computer with a malicious code that was set to spread throughout the Fannie Mae network and destroy all data this Saturday.
democRAT Montgomery County Prosecutor refuses to file charges in rape care from Dunbar High School
Posted by DarthDilbert at 1/30/2009 01:59:00 PM
Students involved in an alleged sexual assault case at Dunbar High School will not face any charges. A female student told police that three teens sexually assaulted her in a boy's bathroom earlier this month. Police questioned two boys, ages 15 and 16, along with an 18-year-old student. The Montgomery County Prosecutor's Office says there wasn't enough evidence of a crime.
While he refuses to go after the animals who committed this crime, he does offer the victim a handy pamphlet.
Trotwood Police: Government school bus driver doesn't stop, hits SUV
Posted by DarthDilbert at 1/25/2009 02:40:00 PM
Two people were taken to the hospital after a Trotwood-Madison school bus rear-ended their SUV.
The accident happened Friday morning at the intersection of South Broadway and Union Road. Police said the bus failed to stop with traffic and hit the SUV, knocking into a station wagon in front of it.
Investigators said the driver of the SUV and his daughter were taken to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
There were 11 young kids and two adults on the bus, but all were okay.
Police are still investigating and could cite the bus driver.
Rep. Pence: Eliminate Planned Parenthood’s Federal Funding
Posted by DarthDilbert at 1/25/2009 02:35:00 PM
On January 22, Representative Mike Pence (R-Indiana) introduced H.R.614, an amendment to Title X of the Public Health Service Act that would eliminate federal funding for Planned Parenthood, the controversial organization that operates abortion mills across the country.
Please contact your Congressman and ask them to support H.R.614. I agree with Bob McCarty 100%, "anyone who voted for Barack Obama Nov. 4 should be considered an accessory to murder on a global scale."
In another sign of the slumping economy, Ohio's unemployment rate jumped to 7.8 percent in December, the highest monthly rate in more than 22 years, according to data released Friday, Jan. 23, by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services.
Ohio Governor Ted Strickland is sadly disappointed.
The emergence of a former Guantánamo Bay detainee as the deputy leader of Al Qaeda's Yemeni branch has underscored the potential complications in carrying out the executive order that President Barack Obama signed that the detention center be shut down within a year.
The militant, Said Ali al-Shihri, is suspected of involvement in a deadly bombing of the U.S. Embassy in Yemen's capital, Sana, in September. He was released to Saudi Arabia in 2007 and passed through a Saudi rehabilitation program for former jihadists before resurfacing with Al Qaeda in Yemen.
His status was announced in an Internet statement by the militant group and was confirmed by a U.S. counterterrorism official. "They're one and the same guy," said the official, who insisted on anonymity because he was discussing an intelligence analysis. "He returned to Saudi Arabia in 2007, but his movements to Yemen remain unclear."
CNN's Larry King: "My eight-year-old son wishes he was black"
Posted by DarthDilbert at 1/25/2009 02:33:00 PM
He could go the Krylon route and use paint, or follow the example of John Howard Griffin and begin Oxsoralen treatments. You're welcome Larry...no charge. Keep the change.
A friend of mine told me that her daughter was asked to write her own oath in her local government indoctrination center. With that in mind, I wanted to announce that I retook my own oath today: "I do solemnly swear that I will faithfully execute the office of Dark Lord of the Sith, and will to the best of my ability, annoy and enrage socialists by preserving, protecting and defending the Constitution of the United States."
The poem by Elizabeth Alexander reminded me of works found in a second grade writing class in the worst of government schools. It was as if someone was reading the lyrics of a Bruce Springsteen song, or other similar drivel.
As for the benediction from the Joseph Lowery, it seems that the Messiah Lord Barack Obama's pastor Jeremiah Right was unavailable. The opening of his supposed prayer when he says that he looks to work for the day when "Black will not be asked to get in back." Where does this supposedly take place any longer? I'm sure that if it were still happening that Al Sharpton and his band of race pimps would be advocating yet another boycott.
Finally, the speech by the Messiah Lord Barack Hussein Obama (the most merciful) was interesting to say the least. The first glaring error was when he stated in the second paragraph of his speech that "Forty-four Americans have now taken the presidential oath". Grover Cleveland first took the oath as President on 4 March 1885. In 1888 he was defeated by Benjamin Harrison who succeeded him as President on 4 March 1889. In 1892 however, he won the office of President again and took the oath for a second time on 4 March 1893. So by Cleveland taking the oath a second time, Obama wasn't the forty-fourth American to "have now taken the presidential oath."
His next error was when he stated that his administration will "roll back the specter(sic) of a warming planet." Barry, didn't you get the memo? We're in a cooling period. That's OK, I'm sure in between sermons by Wright claiming the CIA was responsible for AIDS and that America was responsible for the 9/11 attacks he overlooked this even though he stated as well that he would "restore science to its rightful place."
Finally, I saw two segments of his speech that seemed to summarize his spirit of hope and change. I saw him warn his fellow democRATs to repent from their ways when he said to them "To those who cling to power through corruption and deceit and the silencing of dissent, know that you are on the wrong side of history; but that we will extend a hand if you are willing to unclench your fist." Those that should heed those words are his fellow democRATS at the center of the scandal surrounding Freddie Mac/Fannie May: Maxine Waters, Gregory Meeks, Lacy Clay, Barney Frank, and Christopher Dodd -- just to name a few.
The second gave the impression that he has turned away from his pro-murder pro-abortion stance, and reversed his stand on the issue. He said "for those who seek to advance their aims by inducing terror and slaughtering innocents, we say to you now that our spirit is stronger and cannot be broken; you cannot outlast us, and we will defeat you." Who could best be described as the most innocent of us than the unborn who he has endorsed the murder of up until now.
Mason government school czar warns against "inappropriate comments"
Posted by DarthDilbert at 1/21/2009 01:00:00 PM
"Inappropriate comments that may make other students, staff or families feel unwelcome or uncomfortable in school or on the bus will not be tolerated," Superintendent Kevin Bright said in an e-mail sent to parents Monday, Jan. 12. The district, he said, expects students and staff to show respect for President-elect Obama and the incoming administration, as well as President Bush and the outgoing administration, and recognize that "while the election is a competitive process, our nation's greatness is displayed when all sides come together for a united country."
Homosexual democRAT mayor of Portland Oregon admits to lying about sex with former intern
Posted by DarthDilbert at 1/21/2009 12:58:00 PM
Newly sworn-in Mayor Sam Adams has admitted having a sexual relationship with a teenage intern he met in 2005, according to Willamette Week, a news partner of KATU. The paper said it interviewed the mayor at City Hall Thursday night and presented him with evidence it had gathered over the past several months.
Then in a follow-up phone interview on Monday as Adams was in Washington D.C., the mayor confirmed that he and the intern, Beau Breedlove, had a sexual relationship after Breedlove had turned 18. The pair met during a trip to Salem while the teen was a 17-year-old legislative intern. Adams was 42 at the time. Adams, who is gay, said the boy, who is also gay, came to him for advice about being a gay politician and they went to dinner and exchanged text messages but the two were never alone together. Adams and a friend also attended the teen's 18th birthday party.
Only in a democRAT administration would you have the chief law enforcement officer as one who lobbied for the pardons of terrorists. Will we see a pardon issued for Obama's terrorist pal, William Ayers, soon?
Bush commutes sentences of former US border agents Ignacio Ramos and Jose Compean
Posted by DarthDilbert at 1/19/2009 01:56:00 PM
In his final acts of clemency, President George W. Bush on Monday commuted the prison sentences of two former U.S. Border Patrol agents whose convictions for shooting a Mexican drug dealer ignited fierce debate about illegal immigration. Bush's decision to commute the sentences of Ignacio Ramos and Jose Compean, who tried to cover up the shooting, was welcomed by both Republican and Democratic members of Congress. They had long argued that the agents were merely doing their jobs, defending the American border against criminals. They also maintained that the more than 10-year prison sentences the pair was given were too harsh.
Today we celebrate the birthday of General Robert E. Lee who was born on this date in 1807.
Rumor has it that some have this day off to celebrate the life of an infamous plagerist who took major portions of others work as his own for his doctoral thesis at Boston University, and who was also an adulterer, a socialist who rejected capitalism, and was repeatedly in the company of known Communists. Who then would choose to celebrate someone that vile?
For as much pork in this plan, I was surprised given the Muzzie beliefs of The Messiah Lord Barack Hussein Obama (the most merciful). Of the $2,022,692,000,000 outlined, just over 28% of that, $573,550,000,000, is actually mandated by the Constitution. The remaining $1,449,142,000,000 consists of items that are the responsibility of the states as well as items that government has no role in at all.
President-elect Barack Obama's choice for CIA director, Leon Panetta, served as White House chief of staff during the time the Clinton administration accelerated a practice of kidnapping terrorist suspects and sending them to countries with records of torturing prisoners, human rights organizations and former U.S. officials say.
Ohio State Assistant Professor Pranav Jani defends terrorist group Hamas

Hourglass1941: Is Hamas a terrorist organization? Jani: [Hesitates for nearly five seconds before answering] It depends how you define terrorism.
It took this moron almost five full seconds to answer such an elementary question of whether Hamas was a terrorist organization.
I'd call him at (614) 781-1081 or pay him a visit to his home on Drumbarton Court in Columbus but I'm sure the only response I'd receive would be four words: "durka durka mohammad jihad". Do you think he would accept a gift of bacon or toilet-dipped Koran as a peace offering? What about a t-shirt?
Update: 2 February 2009 / 1:25pm Welcome friends of Ohio State Assistant Professor Pranav Jani. Enjoy the complementary pork rinds and bacon sandwiches. Allah fubar! BTW, remind der professor to check his email.
During my trip to Washington, D.C., I had a chance to catch up on some matters neglected while I was overseas. My attorney may have to file a lawsuit against Mr. Michael Moore. In May we contacted Mr. Moore, through his counsel, about Mr. Moore's unauthorized use of my work on his website. He did not respond. My attorney has written again. If Mr. Moore and his counsel continue to ignore our correspondence, we will proceed with a lawsuit.
This comes about from an incident last May in which the friend of terrorist group Hezbollah used Yon's photo of Major Mark Bieger holding a young Iraqi girl named Farah. Moore and his attorney have been contacted several times, but in typical moore-on fashion they have refused to account for their actions.
Deviant homosexuals immune to Massachusetts budget cuts
Posted by DarthDilbert at 1/09/2009 12:58:00 PM
A pro-family advocate says budget cuts are coming for Massachusetts schools, but programs aimed at promoting homosexuality need not worry. Many states across the U.S. are facing budget deficits, and Massachusetts is not immune. Governor Deval Patrick and state lawmakers have already slashed millions from the budget, but more cuts are on the way. Brian Camenker of MassResistance says more than 1,000 state jobs as well as public school funding have been cut, while mental health facilities have also been closed. However, pro-homosexual programs in Massachusetts' public schools have remained.
PepsiCo gives $1,000,000 to help promote the homosexual agenda
Posted by DarthDilbert at 1/09/2009 12:57:00 PM
PepsiCo has refused a request by AFA to remain neutral in the culture war. The company indicated that it will continue major financial support of homosexual organizations. AFA wrote Pepsi two times (on October 14 and October 29) requesting a meeting to discuss Pepsi's neutrality in the culture war.
On November 17, AFA received a condescending letter (dated Nov. 7) from Paul Boykas, director, public policy, in which he refused to address Pepsi's support of the homosexual agenda.
In the last two years, Pepsi has given $500,000 to the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) and $500,000 to the Parents, Families and Friends of Lesbians and Gays (PFLAG). The $1,000,000 was to be used to help promote homosexuality in the workplace. Pepsi refuses to give money to any pro-family organization that opposes the homosexual agenda. Plus, every homosexual organization we know of is overwhelmingly pro-abortion.
Both HRC and PFLAG supported efforts in California to defeat Proposition 8 which defined marriage as being between a man and a woman. HRC, the homosexual group financially supported by Pepsi, gave $2.3 million to defeat Prop 8.
Pepsi forces all employees to attend sexual orientation and gender identity diversity training where they are taught to accept homosexuality.
Any surprise they sponsor the Rainbow Warrior? Heh.
Al-Qaeda leaders responsible for 1998 embassy bombings killed in Pakistan air strike
Posted by DarthDilbert at 1/09/2009 12:56:00 PM
Two top al Qaeda officials are believed dead following a New Year’s Day drone attack in northern Pakistan, ABC News has confirmed. U.S. officials said Fahid Mohammed Ali Msalam and Sheikh Ahmed Salem Swedan, both on the FBI’s most wanted terrorists list, were killed in the CIA strike.
Msalam, who also went by the alias Usama al-Kini, and Swedan were both from Kenya and were indicted in the Aug. 7, 1998 bombings of U.S. embassies in Tanzania and Kenya and for conspiring to kill U.S. citizens.
It's unknown at this time if Lord Barack Hussein Obama will attend the funeral to pay his respects to the family of the dead terrorists.
Detroit government school begs public for toilet paper and light bulbs

A Detroit elementary school is asking for donations of toilet paper and light bulbs to continue functioning. The principal of the Academy of Americas sent a letter to staff, parents and partners asking for donations of items "that are of the utmost importance for proper school functioning and most importantly for student health and safety."
In the letter, Principal Naomi Khalil cited budget constraints within the district as the reason that the school could no longer stock the items. The district is grappling with a more than $400 million budget deficit and is on the verge of being assigned an emergency financial manager by the state. The letter asks for toilet paper, paper towel rolls, trash bags and 60-, 100- or 150-watt light bulbs.

Six-year-old misses bus, takes family car, crashes
Posted by DarthDilbert at 1/06/2009 11:21:00 PM
A 6-year-old Virginia boy who missed his bus tried to drive to school in his family's sedan—and crashed. State police say the boy suffered only minor injuries and authorities drove him to school after he was evaluated at a local hospital. Sgt. Tom Cunningham says the boy arrived shortly after lunch.
It happened around 7:40 a.m. Monday on Route 360, about 61 miles east of Richmond. Police say the boy, who wasn't identified, missed the bus, took the keys to his family's 2005 Ford Taurus and drove 10 miles toward school while his mother was asleep. He ran off the road several times before hitting an embankment and utility pole about a mile and a half from school. Police say he wasn't wearing a safety belt.
Wouldn't have been an issue if the was homeschooled rather than being subjected to indoctrination at his local government school. My kids have an excruciating fifteen feet to walk to school from their rooms.
Kids not ready for kindergarten cost Minnesota government schools $113 million a year
Posted by DarthDilbert at 1/04/2009 01:03:00 AM
Every year in Minnesota, thousands of the state's children enter school unprepared for kindergarten. And every year, the cost to the K-12 system of those children not being ready is about $113 million, according to a study released Monday. From lost revenue after students drop out to increased safety and special education costs, the system takes a hit when students aren't ready for school, according to Robert Chase of Wilder Research, which released the study.
Nine Muslim passengers removed from jet at Reagan National Airport

From the HSN article "A source close to the investigation says Sobia was overheard talking about the safest place to sit on a plane if a bomb was on board." Gee, I can't understand why they were kicked off the plane. It's not like people like Mohamed Atta al Sayed, Waleed al-Shehri, Wail al-Shehri, Abdulaziz al-Omari, Satam al-Suqami, Marwan al-Shehhi, Fayez Banihammad, Mohand al-Shehri, Hamza al-Ghamdi, Ahmed al-Ghamdi, Hani Hanjour, Khalid al-Mihdhar, Majed Moqed, Nawaf al-Hazmi, Salem al-Hazmi, Ziad Jarrah, Ahmed al-Haznawi, Ahmed al-Nami, and Saeed al-Ghamdi were Muslim as well. Oh wait, nevermind.
