Dayton woman punches cop because of his race

Monica Norman, recent graduate of the Ron White Can't Fix Stupid Academy, thought it would be a good idea to punch a Dayton police officer. When the officer asked why she had done this, she said the reason was because "she hates white people."

When not residing in jail, this racist can be found looking for a fight at 1519 S Smithville Rd, Apt 4.
